Looking For CURTISS Roots

I've been working on my Curtiss roots now for a relatively short time, maybe a year. I've gone just so far and am not able to go much further. So, I'm starting this blog in hopes of finding relatives who may have information, family photos and others pieces of history to help us all find our Curtiss roots.

Alfred Leroy Curtiss - b: 15 Jul 1852 in Pennsylvania, d: 3 Nov 1900 in Missouri, m: Mary Ella Darby b: 14 Jul 1852 in Blodgett Mills, New York.

Alfred H Curtiss - b: 26 May 1828 in Pennsylvania, d:?, m: Sarah Ellen ____ (possible name Oakes), b: 26 May 1831 in Pennsylvania (or New York)

My Grandfather was Arthur Darby Curtiss.

As stated above, Alfred L. Curtiss was married to Mary Ella Darby. This is what I know about Mary Ella Darby Curtiss. Her parents were Edwin Darby and Helen Short.
